1. Scope of Agreement

By downloading, installing, or browsing the **Color Tap** application or website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the application.

2. Usage Rights & Purpose

Color Tap is a tool developed strictly for educational cognitive Stroop assessment, response training, and entertainment:

• Gameplay elements and scores are for fun and training. They do not constitute scientific measurement data or medical health advice.
• You agree to run the app only on authorized devices and platforms.

3. Offline Operation & Zero Data Policy

This software is designed to run entirely locally:

• No remote network calls are initiated to sync data.
• No user logs are transmitted.
• Highest scores are kept in browser memory (`localStorage`) or mobile internal key-caches. You are solely responsible for protecting these files.

4. Intellectual Property

The visual layout, brand assets, source codes, and developer tags of Color Tap are the exclusive property of Logic Worms. You may not claim ownership or distribute modified packages without express authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Logic Worms or its affiliates be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to run the Stroop trainer.
