Logic Worms ("we", "us", or "our") built the **Color Tap** app (both the mobile application package and web sandbox companion) as a utility brain-training game. This page details our practices concerning data collection and protection.

We believe that users have an absolute right to control their data. Therefore, **Color Tap does not collect, record, transmit, or share any personal information**.

2. Data Collection and Transmissions

• Personal Data: The application does not collect any identifiers, names, emails, contacts, phone numbers, or IP coordinates.
• Telemetry & Diagnostics: We do not include third-party diagnostic cookies, Google Analytics integration, or background crash telemetry.
• Internet Access: The app operates completely offline. No internet communication or API requests are sent to servers.

3. Local Device Caches

Color Tap stores gameplay parameters (such as audio preferences, difficulty presets, highest scores, and combo history records) locally on your hardware device:

• On the **Android App**, parameters are cached using local `SharedPreferences`.
• On the **Web Companion Website**, parameters are stored using your browser's isolated `localStorage` system.

These caches are completely isolated to your client. Clearing your app cache or browser cookie datasets permanently deletes all progress logs. We have no cloud capabilities to retrieve them.

4. Third-Party Plugins and Ads

We do not integrate AdMob, profiling toolkits, or target marketing scripts. All fonts and assets are statically packaged in the source bundle to ensure privacy.

5. Children's Protection

As the application runs completely offline and collects zero details, it does not pose any risk to children. The service is safe for users of all age levels.
